I'm just me

The Fitness bug bit me in l981 after giving birth to my 3rd child. I entered my first bodybuilding competition in 1986 and won. I certainly didn't start working out with this as a fitness goal but that's the road I went down and stayed on for 7 years! I decided to hang up my posing suit with 17 bodybuilding titles under my Valeo belt. I now own and operate my own fitness studio where we do Fitness Challenges and a variety of fitness classes. I'm also a P90X Certified Trainer ;)
